He holds a Master's Degree from University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK, in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce & Law from RTM Nagpur University. He sets strategic directions involving corporate reengineering, growth and spearheading RnR's aggressive thrust globally. His particular area of focus is his team building, business development and organizational transformation. He is also a Director of Thaokar Group of Companies, established in 1962, which is a market leader in Central India in FMCG. He is a patron member of Rotary Club of Nagpur South East and MACCIA (Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture) as well as Vice President of Indian Chamber of International Business (ICIB) West Zone. He was also honoured by the privilege to be a part of the Indian Delegation for Greece-India Business Forum in 2018, representing IT & ITeS sectors with the then President of India, Hon'ble Shri Ramnath Kovind, who headed the delegation and bilateral meetings with the Greek Leaders.

After acquiring 2nd Position in RTM University for her Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Telecommunications, as well as acquiring Diploma in Technical Education from Maharashtra State Board Authority, She initiated, implemented and established the Marketing Department. Being an innovative and creative personality, she transformed traditional and legacy marketing activities to digital platforms, thus bridging the gaps between market penetration and successful leads generation. Being an exceptional leader, her qualities are in guiding teams and delivering exceptional integrated marketing strategies, both to promote and advertise products, services, campaigns and events.  

He has been associated with us since 2013, with more than 24 years of experience in the field of Software Development and Product Life Cycle Management. He has previously held many management positions with core competency in Business Process Automation and Software Development Methodologies like Agile, Scrum and Waterfall with expertise in Planning, Execution and effective Project Monitoring. He has an impeccable vision of delivering projects to customers and providing product satisfaction. As the Technical Head, his responsibilities include development of RujulERP while leading the team of young talented developers as well as upgrading and enhancing the software process and features to keep up with the current trends in the industry. His excellent technical skills and resolution abilities have helped RnR steer clear of its peers and emerge as one of the fastest growing IT companies in its domain.
